This oversized garage has an extra bay in the rear for a boat or recreational vehicle. Stairs lead to an upstairs loft for storage or work shop. Height From Floor Slab (ground level) to top of Ridge is approximately 22'-0", with the optional Cupola adding another 4'-0". Weather vane is not included in dimensions. Siding shown: clapboards. Construction is conventional framing with
standard dimension lumber.

Floor PlansOverall dimensions of First Floor are 24' x 36'. Note that the loft is two levels, to accommodate higher door in the rear. The lower loft has a floor space of 16' x 18' and the upper loft floor is approximately 11' x 22'.Front doors are 9' wide x 7' high, rear door is 9' wide x 8' high. Inside front garage width is aprox. 23'-4" wide x 19'-8" deep (to stairs) and 23'-8" to the end of the other bay. Rear bay is aprox. 11'-0 wide x 23'-4"deep. Front section has 8-'8" slab to ceiling height, rear is 9'-7" slab to ceiling. |
